With a track record spanning more than $1 billion in real estate acquisitions and sales, John Halvorson is an expert in net leased property investments.

Drawing upon a 30-year tenure in commercial banking and real estate, he has successfully managed a multi-million dollar family portfolio for over a decade, spearheading its successful land acquisition and development projects, as well as its strategic acquisitions and management of value-add commercial properties.

John is a specialist in 1031 exchange transactions, utilizing his deep commercial banking experience to structure tailored debt facilities that provide the flexibility needed for the profitable operation of net leased properties.

John earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

As the Chief Operating Officer of a family-owned business with a portfolio of over 13,000 multi-family units in Arizona and Texas, Kron brings a wealth of real estate expertise to the Guardian Team. With experience spanning more than $3 billion in property transactions, Michael has spearheaded the land acquisition and construction of more than 3,000 apartment units, while simultaneously overseeing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio including the acquisition and financing of new properties, and disposition of projects to restructure the portfolio to maximize market trends and valuations.

Kron, a California licensed attorney and real estate broker, honed his knowledge of real estate and land use while working for six years with the law firm of Alschuler, Grossman & Pines in Century City, CA. Kron holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

With over 30 years of experience as Director/Chief of Operations for corporations such as Frito-Lay, Inc., Sparkletts Drinking Water, Alta-Dena, Office Depot, and Crystal Creamery, Dennis Dalton has optimized processes to surpass client expectations. Dennis Dalton’s skill in managing hundreds of employees and careful attention to detail is evident in his impeccable track record of reducing operations expenses while delivering expected results. Dennis has extensive expertise in financial reporting to investors and boards of directors, management of multi-hundred-million-dollar budgets, and has played key roles in improving profitability of companies whose operations he led.

Dennis holds an M.B.A from Claremont Graduate University and has a background in Finance and Economics.
